Lemang is one of the most popular Malaysian traditional delicacies made from glutinous rice. Traditionally, preparing this Lemang is very tedious as the glutinous rice need to be baked in the bamboo for several hours.
Now, with modern technology, Nona Lemang is packed conveniently for easier cooking. It is made from carefully-selected glutinous rice and blended ingredients; and can be served with either ‘rendang’, ‘serunding’ or ‘kuah kacang’. If you like them sweet, just dip in sugar or Nona kaya.
