Calrose rice is the short for California Rose Rice. It was originally cultivated in California for the medium grain rice market. It is now widely grown in Australia to satisfy the growing appetite for healthy rice in Australia and Asia.

Medium Grain Rice is a round, tender and succulent grain, allowing it to lock in moisture when it is cooked.
